摘要
通过对开展Elekta Precise医用直线加速器的质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)工作流程的介绍,论述了如何依据国际医用直线加速器QA、QC相关技术报告,结合科室实际情况开展QA、QC工作的必要性。该方法在严格细化放射物理检测及监测流程的基础上实现了加速器的良好运转,保障了患者安全、可靠的治疗,建立了适合自己的放疗QA/QC体系,取得了良好的运营效益和效率。
The procedure of quality assurance（QA） and quality control（QC） is introduced. Then,the necessity of performing the QA and QC combining the corresponding international technical report and clinical practice is discussed. On the above basis,a system of QA and QC suitable to our daily work is established,which provides the guarantee for high quality service to patients and achieve economic and social benefits simultaneously.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2009,30（9）=88-89]
