滋肾宁心方对去势雌兔性激素及血脂的影响

Effects of Sex Hormone and Blood Lipid on Ovariectomized Female Rabbit by Zishenningxin

探讨滋肾宁心方对去势雌兔喂饲高脂饲料后性激素的影响及血脂的变化,阐明该方对绝经后心血管病的保护作用。方法:36只日本大耳白兔随机分为假手术组(A)、去势+高脂饲料组(B)、去势+高脂饲料组+滋肾宁心方组(C)、去势+高脂饲料组+倍美力组(D),每组9只,去势组切除卵巢,假手术组只切开不摘除卵巢,手术后,A、B组给等量的冷开水,C、D组分别饲以相应药物,12周后抽血检测,采用酶法检测血脂水平,放射免疫法检测血清性激素水平。结果:两药对E2水平的影响无差异,FSH、LH水平去势后均有增高,但中药组与假手术组无统计学意义;两药均能降低TC和LDL-C水平,对TG无影响,对HDL-C和APOA1水平有降低的作用。结论:滋肾宁心方对去势后雌兔E2水平无影响,但有降低FSH、LH的作用;对高脂所致的TC和LDL-C升高有降低作用,可能是其治疗绝经后冠心病的作用机制之一。

Objective：To discuss Zishenningxin affect to the sex hormone level and blood lipid level of ovariectomized female rabbit feeding with high -fat diet, to clarify the protection to cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal of this recipe. Methods ：36 rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group （A）, OVX ＋ high- fat diet group （B）, OVX ＋ high - fat diet group ＋ Zishenningxin group （ C ）, OVX ＋ high - fat diet ＋ Premarin group （ D）, every group is 9, OVX group remove the ovary, sham - operated group open only but non - removal of the ovary, A, B group give cold water, C, D groups were fed with corresponding drugs for 12 weeks, then draw the blood, lipid levels were detected by enzyme, sex hormone levels were detected by radioimmunoassay. Resu/ts：There is no difference of the two drugs impact on E2 levels, FSH, LH levels were increased after ovariectomized, but the Chinese medicine group and the sham- operated group was not significant;The two drugs reduce TC and LDL -C level,there is little impact on TG,reduce HDL -C and APOA1 level. Conclusion：Zishenningxin had no effect to E2 levels of ovariectomized female rabbit, but lower the level of FSH, LH;Lower TC and LDL - C level,these probably are the mechanisms of zishenningxin treat postmenopausal coronary heart disease.
