中药离子导入治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床观察

Observation about Iontophoresis of Chinese Medicine Treating Background Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察中药离子导入治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将48例患有单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者,分为治疗组24例,对照组24例,两组均采用穴位封闭疗法,30天为1疗程。主要对其视力、眼底、血糖以及有效率4项指标进行观察,结果:治疗后视力、眼底、血糖、有效率改变情况均与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药离子导入治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on iontophoresis of Chinese medicine treating background diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 48 patients of background diabetic retinopathy were randomized in two groups. 24 patients were in therapeutic group,24 patients were as control. Acupuncture point block were utilized in both groups for 30 days. The visual acuity, fundus, blood glucose and efficient rate were compared respectively. Results：There were apparent difference between pre - and post - therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ） on the visual acuity, fundus, blood glucose and efficient rate aspects. Conclusion ： Our findings demonstrate iontophoresis of Chinese medicine is significant effective on background diabetic retinopathy.
