摘要
目的:建立磐安有性繁殖天麻药材指纹图谱的分析方法。方法:采用Shimadzu LC2010,大连依利特C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱、0.1%磷酸水溶液与0.1%磷酸甲醇溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱、流速1.0mL/min、检测波长为226nm,以天麻素对照品为参照物。结果:确定了6个共有峰。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,能为磐安产有性繁殖天麻药材控制质量提供科学依据。
Objective： To establish the fingerprints analysis method of the sexual reproductive Rhizoma Gastrodiae. Methods ： Dalian Elite C,8 （4.6mm ×250mm,5 μm） column and Shimadzu LC 2010 were used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution -method containing 0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detective wavelength was 226 nm, and the gastrodine was used as reference compound. Results： Fingerprint consisted of 6 common peaks. Conclusion： This method was simple,accurate and reproducible,providing a scientific basis for the quantity controlling of sexual reproductive Rhizoma Gastrodiae from Pan＇an.
