摘要 以聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠和聚乳酸微球为原料,质量分数为5%的氯化钙饱和硼酸溶液为交联剂,合成PVA.SA—PLA共聚物水凝胶.采用池膜法测定水凝胶中铵离子的扩散性能,研究原料组分含量、交联时间对水凝胶铵离子扩散性能的影响.实验结果表明,铵离子在水凝胶中的扩散符合溶解-扩散模型,PVA质量分数为4.0%-5.0%,海藻酸钠质量分数为2.0%,聚乳酸微球质量分数为0.2%-0.3%,交联时间15min,水凝胶的铵离子扩散性能较好,扩散系数达到0.0022cm^2/min. Hydrogel materials were synthesized by PVA, SA and PLA microspheres,with 5 % calcium chloride and boric acid as crosslinkers. The ammonia ion permeability of the hydrogel is investigated through static penetration. It discusses the effects of the material performance of penetration on ammonia ions. The permeability of ions in hydrogel can be described according to the solution diffusion model. The single-factor test shows that the best production process conditions to prepare hydrogel are crosslinking time of 15 min, PVA concentration of 4 % -5 %, alginate concentration of 2.0 %, PLA concentration of 0. 2 % - 0. 3 %.
