摘要
铝硅合金是优异的金属相变储能材料,但其对盛装用的容器材料具有较强的腐蚀性.本实验通过筛选,使用0Cr25Ni20不锈钢作为容器材料的基材,在长时间处于495~620℃高温反复循环的条件下讨论其抗腐蚀性.为了进一步减缓腐蚀,自配了分别以石墨粉、TiB2、有机硅树脂为主要成分的3种高温涂料.实验结果表明,涂料可以有效地抑制储能材料中微量元素的成分在容器材料中的扩散,减缓熔融铝硅介质对容器材料的侵蚀.
The silicon alloy of aluminum is the outstanding energy storage metal material, but it has stronger corrosion of container materials used for putting the alloy. 0Cr25Ni20 stainless steel was used as the sill of container materials under the circular conditions of 620℃ and 520 ℃ for a long time. In order to further slow down corrosion, the graphite powder,TiB2,the organic resin were used as 3 kinds of heat coatings of main composition. The experimental result indicates that the coating can inhibit the diffusion in the container material of the microelement in the energy storage material. It also slows down the corrosion effectively.
