摘要
本文针对6135机体铸件的结构特点,分析了6135机体铸件气孔缺陷产生的原因,并介绍了为减少气孔缺陷所采取的工艺改进措施以及取得的效果。
This paper, in accordance with the structural features of casting of 6135 diesel block, analyses the cause of gas hole in the 6135 diesel block casting, and introduces both the technical measures to reduce the gas hole and their effects in diminishing the defect.
