SLIPA通气道在全身麻醉手术中的应用

Slipa airway in general anesthesia surgery

目的:研究SLIPA通气道用于全身麻醉手术建立通气道的有效性及安全性。方法:选择50例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级、择期全麻下手术的成年患者,全部使用SLIPA通气道。从SLIPA的插入时间、插入操作成功率、插入过程SP(O2)变化、PetCO2变化、术中维持机械通气及拔管后并发症等方面进行评价。结果:一次插入操作的成功率为76%,总成功率为96%,插管平均所需时间为22 s,机械通气全程SP(O2)大于96%,Pmax为(16±2)cmH2O,拔管后咽痛发生率18%。结论:SLIPA通气道结构简单,使用方便,可安全有效地应用于全身麻醉手术患者。

Objective：To study slipa airway for general anesthesia airway surgery to establish the level of difficulty to maintain the ventilation effect and the situation of post-operative complications. Method： Choice of 50 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade, selective surgery under general anesthesia for adult patients, the establishment of SLIPA airway. From the insertion SLIPA time, the success rate of insertion, insert SpO2 change the course of, PetCO2 changes during the maintenance of mechanical ventilation and after extubation to evaluate complications,etc. Results： 96% of patients with successfully inserted into SLIPA, first insert the success rate of 76%, the average time required for intubation was 22 seconds, the whole mechanical ventilation SpOa greater than 96%, Pmax for 16 ± 2 cmH2O, after extubation pharyngodynia incidence of 18%. Conclusion： SLIPA airway structure is simple and easy to use, can be safely and effectively used in general anesthesia patients.
