定量组织速度成像评价扩张型心肌病右室功能 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者右室功能的临床价值。方法:扩张型心肌病人60例,根据DCM患者左右心腔的大小,将DCM患者分为左心型、右心型及全心型三组。健康组30例,行经胸超声检查,于心尖四腔心观,应用QTVI获取三尖瓣前叶及隔叶瓣环处的运动速度曲线,记录收缩期峰值运动速度(VS)、舒张早期运动速度(VE)、舒张晚期运动速度(VA)、计算舒张早期运动速度与舒张晚期运动速度之比(VE/VA)。结果:三组扩张型心肌病患者VS、VE、VE/VA均减低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:QTVI可作为评价扩张型心肌病患者右室功能的新方法,具有重要的临床价值。
