摘要
通过喜好测试、评分检验法对三种不同配方的婴儿奶的整体风味、乳香味、口感、鱼腥味四个感官品质进行了评价,结果显示:配方一最受消费者喜爱,其整体风味、鱼腥味的掩蔽效果均优于其它两个配方,组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。
This article used preference Lest and sensory grading test for overall texture and fishy taste of three ready-to-feed fer formula one to others; the overall flavor higher differences (P〈0.01) was found during infant milk samples.
