摘要
对航空工业中高温绝缘玻璃电连接器进行了工艺分析。针对产品的特点,介绍了一种实用的高效率的玻璃粉末挤压模具的设计、制造、装配及调试工艺。有效地解决了原生产工艺产品质量不稳定、精度很难保证,生产率低,劳动强度高的难题。该模具投入生产后获得成功。
This thesis analyzes the technique of electrical coupling device with high temperature insulation in aviation industry. introduces a series of practical and efficient According to the characteristics of product, it techniques of extruding die including design, manufacturing, assembly and debugging. It solves several puzzles in conventional manufacturing process such as the instability of product quality and precision, low productivity, and labor intensity. The die has been put into production and achieved success.
