摘要
目的:利用药物可与分子印迹聚合物特异性结合的特性,控制药物释放。方法:以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,甲苯/异辛烷为致孔剂,在模板存在下利用本体聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物。所得的印迹聚合物与S-萘普生结合,用紫外分光光度仪测定药物的释放度。结果:S-萘普生累积释放曲线可以看出交联剂、致孔剂的用量变化会给分子印迹聚合物的外观和释药性能带来变化。结论:分子印迹聚合物对S-萘普生有一定的特异性结合,可以作为一种载体控制药物的释放。
Objective: To describe the development of molecular imprinted technology as a special polymer materials for controlling drugs release. Methods: S - naproxen was used as a template elements, methacrylate as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol methyl ester as the cross-linker, and a mixture of toluene and isooctane as porogen to prepare molecularly imprinted polymers by bulk polymerization. Drug release of the molecularly imprinted polymer was detected using UV spectrophotometry. Results: Release profiles in different PH buffer, content of porogen and the ration of functional monomer and cross-linker showed an obvious control-release effect. Conclusion: MIPs can be used as a controlled-release drug delivery system due to its specific binds to the template.
