赖诺普利对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽及左心室射血分数的影响

摘要 目的:探讨赖诺普利对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)的影响。方法:将慢性心力衰竭患者200例随机分为两组,赖诺普利组及对照组,两组均接受常规治疗,赖诺普利组加赖诺普利治疗,治疗前及治疗后6个月均测BNP及LVEF。结果:患者血浆BNP浓度明显下降(P<0.05),且与心衰程度相关,LVEF升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赖诺普利可使慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽的浓度明显下降。
