自身免疫性疾病合并获得性血友病A四例临床分析并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 获得性血友病A（acquired hemophilia A，AHA）是指非血友病患者自发产生凝血因子Ⅷ抗体而引起的一种凝血缺陷性疾病，其发病突然，出血严重，若不及时诊治可因致命性出血而死亡，多与自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤、病理妊娠等基础疾病有关，临床上少见。自身免疫性疾病合并AHA在临床上更为少见。我们回顾性总结了我院收治的4例自身免疫性疾病合并AHA患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献，报告如下。
