摘要
某产品水冷组件采用薄壁水道散热结构,利用真空电子束焊进行壳体封焊。设计了4种不同结构接头形式,分析了不同情况下焊缝形状及台阶根部间隙对水道阳极氧化后防腐性能的影响。4种不同结构对比分析表明,半台阶结构焊缝根部到台阶边缘为0.5mm,可避免下一道阳极氧化工序中酸碱液和油污在腔体内大量的残留,为推荐的结构形式;采用较小的热输入焊缝宽度增加,有利于填充台阶根部间隙;宏观金相试验结果表明,焊接位置偏向盖板一侧,可以覆盖大部分台阶间隙,减少长期工作状态下水道腐蚀的隐患。
The heat dissipation structure with thin-walled water channel was used in some radar equipment,whose shell was welded for sealing by vacuum electron beam welding (EBW).Four different joint shapes were designed,and the weld beam figure and the effects of foot gap on the corrosion resistance of thin-walled water channel after anode oxidation were analyzed.The result showed that the half sidestep frame with the distance from welding line foot to the edge of sidestep is 0.5 mm,This can avoid the residue of acid and lye liquid and oil remains in the body during the next anode oxidation working procedure,and this kind of frame was recommended;the lesser heat input is useful for increasing the welding line width and filling the sidestep foot.The metallographic experiment results showed that the deviation of welding location to the coyer board can deposited most of the step gap and reduce the potential trouble of water channel corrosion during the long working state.
