肝胆管结石各种临床病理类型不同治疗方法的疗效分析

Effect analysis on different curative procedures for hepatolithus with vary pathological type

目的分析肝胆管结石病各种临床病理类型不同治疗方法的治疗效果。方法将1257例肝胆管结石病进行分型,比较同一种临床病理类型不同外科治疗方法在结石清除率、手术并发症发生率和随访优良率方面的差异。结果肝胆管结石病每种类型不同外科治疗方法间在治疗效果上存在差异。结论肝胆管结石病的治疗应根据不同的临床病理类型选择相应的外科治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of various treatment for different types of hepatolithiasis. Methods According to clinical pathology typing, 1 257 cases of hepatolithasis were divided out. the rate of stone clearance, operation complications and the follow-up fineness were compared in the difference curative procedures for the same type of hepatolithus. Results Different curative procedures for every types of hepatolithiasis had significantly different therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion A proper curative procedure should be choosed according to different clinical pathology typing of hepatolithiasis.
