经尿道前列腺电汽化配合电切治疗前列腺增生症临床研究

The combined application of transurethral electrovaporization ablation and transurethral prostatectomy for BPH

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化配合电切治疗前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的有效治疗方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电汽化(transurethral electrovaporization of prostate,TUVP)配合经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)治疗BPH1058例。结果全部患者均获成功,术中经过平稳,无1例经尿道前列腺切除综合征;术后3～5d拔除导尿管后排尿通畅。大部分随访6个月至1年,患者主、客观症状均有明显改善。结论本方法操作简单,出血少,能扩大手术适应证。

Objective To study the effect of transurethral electrovaporiation ablation of the prostate （TUVP） and transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）for BPH. Methods Totally 1058 cases of BPH were treated by TUVP combination with TURP. Results All the patients got succeed with no complications after operation. All cases got free emiction after the urethral catherter being pulled out 3 -5 days later. The subjective and objective symptoms had significant improvement in 6 - 12 months for followed up. Conclusion TUVP and TURP are suitable method for BPH for its simple, little bleeding and can extended the operation indication.
