地西泮辅助下超细型电子胃镜在婴幼儿病例中的应用价值

Practical Value of Superthin Electronic Gastroscopy Plus Diazepam Anesthesia in Infant

目的探讨地西泮在婴幼儿患者胃镜检查中的效果和安全性。方法对12例婴幼儿患者在地西泮辅助下行超细型电子胃镜检查,在术中和术后观察并记录置镜反应、呼吸(R)、脉搏(P)、血压(BP)、氧饱和度(SO2)。结果所有病例置镜顺利,无抵抗动作,无并发症发生,R、P、BP、SO2平稳,阳性检出率83.3%,异物取出过程顺利。结论地西泮辅助下超细型电子胃镜检查,可增加婴幼儿的依从性,安全性良好,阳性检出率高。

Objective To study the efficiency and safety of diazepan during superthin electronic gastroscopy examination in infant. Methods 12 infant were given diazepan before electronic gastroscopy examination, the reaction of inserting gastreseopy,respiration（R） ,pulse（P） ,blood pressure（BP） ,oxygen saturation（SO2） were observed and monifored. Results Gastroscopy was pushed smooth, without resistance. R, P, BP, SO2 were plain. Examination positive rate was 83.3% foreign body were taken smoothly. Conclusion Superthin electronic gastroscopy with diaazepan in infant increased compliance and safely. The positive rate was high.
