VEGF-D及D2-40在胃癌中的表达及与淋巴管生成关系的研究 被引量:3

The Expression and Lymphangiogenesis Study of VEGF-D and D2-40 in Gastric Carcinoma

摘要 目的检测VEGF-D及D2-40在胃癌中的半定量表达,探讨二者在胃癌发生、发展及淋巴管生成中的作用。方法本实验以69例胃癌标本作为研究对象,16例正常胃黏膜作为对照,应用流式细胞术分析,分别检测VEGF-D和D2-40的表达,分析其在不同临床病理特征之间的关系。结果VEGF-D和D2-40在胃癌中的表达均明显高于正常胃黏膜组织;VEGF-D与D2-40的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润程度及有无淋巴结转移密切相关;VEGF-D与D2-40在胃癌中的表达呈正相关。结论VEGF-D及D2-40与胃癌的发生发展有密切关系,VEGF-D参与D2-40表达的淋巴管生成,二者表达可能与胃癌预后有一定关系。 Objective To detect the expressions of VEGF-D and D2-40 in gastric carcinoma,and investigate it' s relatinship in pathogenesis,development and lymphangiogenesis in primary gastric carcinoma. Methods The study included 69 cases of gastric carcinoma as experimental group and 16 cases of normal tissues as control group. We analyzed their expressions of VEGF-D and D2-40 in different pathological character by using the flow cytometry. Results Comparisons of the primary tumors with gastric carcinoma and normal tissues showed that there were significant upregulation of VEGF-D and D2-40 in gastric carcinoma. The expressions of VEGF-D and D2-40 were associated with differentitiation, infhration degree, lymph node metastasis. There was positive correlationship between VEGF-D and D2-40 in gastric caricinoma. Conclusion VEGF-D and D2-40 may promote the development of gastric carcinoma. VEGF-D may induce the lymphangiogenesis in the tissue which express D2-40. The expressions of VEGF-D and D2-40 protein may be significant prognostic indicators.
