胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的发病机制及其诊治现状 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（solid-pseudopapillary tumor，SPT）1959年由Frantz首先报道，近十年病例数明显增加，目前国内外文献已有上千例的报道刚。对该肿瘤曾有多种不同命名．如实性乳头状上皮瘤、实性一囊性肿瘤、乳头状囊性肿瘤、实性囊性乳头状腺泡细胞瘤和Frantz瘤等。而1996年WHO统一将其命名为“胰腺实性假乳头状瘤”。本文就近年针对SPT发病机制的研究及其诊治现状作一综述。
