The Applications of 2-micron Laser in Urology

摘要 2μm外科激光治疗系统是一种新型手术激光系统,因其良好的组织切割、汽化及凝固作用一体化的特性,现已广泛应用于常见泌尿外科疾病的微创手术中,比如在治疗BPH、膀胱肿瘤、尿道狭窄及膀胱颈挛缩等疾病中有着令人满意的手术效果。现就2μm外科激光治疗系统近年来在泌尿外科的应用作一总结,以供临床参考。 2 micron laser is a new kind of surgical lasers, which is recently widely applied to mini invasive operations for the treatment of common urologic diseases such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), bladder tumors, urethral stricture and bladder neck contracture, due to its fairly effective incision, vaporizations and coagulation to tissue. We summarized the recent applications of 2-micron laser in urology in this article, which would be valuable for clinical practice.
