尿道平滑肌瘤的临床特征(附1例报告并文献复习)

The Clinical Feature of Urethral Leiomyoma(Report of 1 Case and Literature Review)

目的:探讨尿道平滑肌瘤的临床特征及诊治方法,提高对尿道平滑肌瘤的认识。方法:回顾性分析1例尿道平滑肌瘤临床资料,并复习有关文献。结果:将尿道平滑肌瘤予手术完整切除,病理检查证实为尿道平滑肌瘤。随访12月,未见复发。结论:尿道平滑肌瘤是一种比较少见的良性尿道肿瘤,无特征性临床表现,确诊有赖于病理检查。手术治疗效果理想,预后好。

Objective：To discuss the clinical feature and the management of urethral leiomyoma and improve the understanding of urethral leiomyoma. Methods： The clinical data of one cases with urethral leiomyoma was analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results：The urethral leiomyoma that confirmed by pathological examination was surgically dissected and a 12-month follow-up was carried out. No tumor recurrence or clinical symptoms were developed. Conclusions： Urethral leiomyoma is a relatively rare benign urethral tumor, non--characteristic clinical manifestations, the diagnosis depends on pathological examination. Surgical treatment results are satisfactory, and with good prognosis.
