急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病13例分析

Analysis on 13 Cases of Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis

目的探讨急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的病因、临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2003年2月～2008年2月本科收治的13例急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病患者的临床资料。结果13例患者发病前均有明确的用药史,临床均表现为全身泛发性红斑及小脓疱,伴发热。去除可能的病因并予糖皮质激素等治疗后患儿15天内均痊愈。结论急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病是一种较少见的疾病,多由药物引起,特征性表现为发热和泛发性小脓疱,去除诱因和及时应用糖皮质激素是治疗的关键。

Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical features and treatment efficiency of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis （AGEP）. Methods The clinical data of 13 patients of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis obtained since 2003 were Analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the patients had a history of medication, with a typical clinical manifestation including generalized erythemat with pustules and fever. All patients was cured within 15 days using gluco-corticoid after elimination of pathogenic factors. Conclusions The AGEP is mainly drug-induced, is characterized by fever and widespread pustular eruption. Removal of pathogenic factors and glucocorticoid administration is important for treating AGEP.
