超短波联合矿泉浴治疗关节病型银屑病临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超短波联合矿泉浴治疗关节病型银屑病的疗效。方法将56例关节病型银屑病患者随机分为2组,均采用矿泉浴治疗1~2次/d,30min/次,15次为1个疗程,口服雷公藤多苷20mg,3次/d;治疗组同时采用超短波治疗,1次/d,20min/次,10次为1个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组相比较,在关节症状缓解方面,有效率分别为80.00%和50.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在皮损消退方面有效率分别为83.33%和76.92%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超短波联合矿泉治疗关节病型银屑病安全有效。 Objective To observe the efficacy of ultrashort wave combined with mineral treatment on psoriasis arthropathica. Methods 56 patients with psoriasis arthropathica were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were all treated with mineral,one or two times per day,one treatment course needed 15 times. Meanwhile these groups took 200mg orally of tripterygium glycosides,3 times per day. Based on the treatment above, the treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave,one time per day,one treatment course needed 10 times. Results The effective rate was 80.00% for the treatment group and 50.00% for the control group in terms of the joint symptoms,with a significant difference. The effective rate was 83.33% for the treatment group and 76.92% for the control group in psorratic lesions, and no significant difference was found. Conclusion The treatment with combination of ultrashort wave and mineral bath has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safe in the treatment of patients with psoriasis arthropathica.
