HIV感染/AIDS 105例临床及治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Features and Treatment of 105 AIDS/HIV Infective Patients

目的观察HIV感染者及AIDS病例的传播途径、临床特征及治疗效果,为本地区艾滋病防治提供依据。方法分析本中心2000年12月～2008年12月确认的105例艾滋病感染者及病人的临床资料。结果105例中HIV感染者17例,AIDS患者88例。84例有单采血浆史(均为90年代),14例有输血史,1例有吸毒史,1例有性乱史,1例有母婴传播史,4例夫妻间传播。63例合并丙肝,1例合并肺结核,1例合并淋巴结核。约30%病人有发热、消瘦、乏力、食欲减退、咳嗽、气急、腹泻、发绀和淋巴结肿大等临床表现。死亡19例,现存活86例。累计抗病毒治疗者65例,死亡7例,因副作用退出治疗2例,现治疗56例,明显好转者55例,治疗失败1例,平均CD4计数由治疗前的156/mm3增至493/mm3。结论山东成武县艾滋病感染以单采血浆为主,经过正规的抗病毒治疗可有效提高艾滋病患者的生活质量及生存率。

Objective To explore 105 cases of AIDS/HIV infective patients in Chengwu about the route of transmission, clinical manifestation and therapeutic efficacy. Methods From December 2000 to December 2008 identified 105 eases of AIDS/HIV infective patients in the center were analyzed about the route of transmission, clinical manifestations and therapeutic efficacy. Results 84 in 105 cases of patients had single-mining history of plasma （both in 1990s） , 14 cases had history of blood transfusion, 1 case of the history of drug abuse, 1 case of indiscriminate sexual history, 1 ease of mother to child transmission history, 4 eases of the spread between husband and wife. 63 patients with hepatitis C, 1 ease of pulmonary tuberculosis, 1 case of lymphatic tuberculosis. 19 cases of death, only 86 eases survival. Conclusion The spread of AIDS in Chengwu is mainly through transfuion plasma. Regular and effective antiviral treatment can improve the survival rate of patients with AIDS.
