国产 600MW 汽轮机强迫通风冷却过程的计算机控制

Computer Control in the Force Draft Cooling of 600MW Turbine

针对国产６００ＭＷ机组汽轮机强迫通风冷却控制中出现的问题，分析了其产生的原因和原有控制系统的缺陷，设计了计算机控制系统，并提出了汽轮机强冷速率模糊控制器的结构模型和一种实用的设计方法。现场投运结果令人满意。

Abstract Many problems relating with force draft cool controling and adjusting exist at 600MW turbine in our country. Some factors causing these problems and the shortages of the former control system were analyzed in detail in this paper, and the computer control system to improve forced draft cool control was proposed. Furthermore, this paper introduced the idea of applying fuzzy logic control to the forced draft cool velocity control of the turbine. The operating results of the system are satisfactory.
