摘要
以电熔刚玉骨料、电熔刚玉细粉、SiC细粉、广西泥、SiO2微粉等为主要原料,磷酸二氢铝为结合剂,以高铝水泥或镁砂为促硬剂,并添加有机增塑剂、膨胀剂等,研制了一种纯低温余热发电系统管道内衬用耐磨可塑捣打料。通过优化磷酸二氢铝结合剂中H3PO4和A l(OH)3的摩尔比、促硬剂种类及其加入量、原料混练工艺,所研制的捣打料具有强度高、韧性好、耐磨损、抗侵蚀、施工方便等特点,并在大型干法水泥回转窑纯低温余热发电工程中取得了良好的使用效果。
Abrasion-resistant plastic ramming mix for Low temperature waste heat power generator was prepared using fused corundum aggregate and powder,SiC powder,Guangxi mud,SiO2 micropowder as main start- ing materials, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder, high alumina-based cement or magnesia as hardening accelerator,organic plasticizers and expansion agent as additives. By optimizing of molar ratio of H3PO4 and Al( OH)3 in aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder,the types and addition of hardening accelerator and starting materials mixing process,the prepared mix had high strength,good toughness,abrasion resistance, good corrosion resistance, convenient construction and so on. The good application results were obtained for low temperature waste heat power generator of large-scale dry cement rotary kiln.
