添加生长激素的营养支持对严重多发伤患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响

摘要
严重多发伤患者伤后出现免疫抑制和代谢紊乱,需要营养支持治疗?笔者在对严重多发伤患者进行营养支持时添加能够调理能量代谢的重组人生长激素(recombinant human growth hormone,rhGH),观察其对营养状况和免疫功能的影响。
