摘要 通过对流化床气固传热特性的简单分析,依据稳态工况活动段区气体温度分布求取了有效传热系数。实验结果和传统经验式数值吻合,从而论证气固传热特性分析的合理性及计算流化床气固有效传热系数的可行性,为研究流化床气固传热特性提供参考。 An effective heat transfer factor has been derived through a simple analysis of fluidized bed gas/solid heat transfer characteristics and on the basis of the gas temperature profile of a steady state operating condition active region. The experimental results are in good agreement with traditional empirical values. This justifies the rationality of the gas/solid heat transfer characteristics analysis and the feasibility of calculating a fluidized bed gas/solid effective heat transfer factor,thus providing helpful guidance for the study of fluidized bed gas/solid heat transfer characteristics.
