摘要
主要研究了使用中性染料LANASETPA对超细聚酰胺PU合成革染色时,La3+的助染性能;并优化了染色工艺。合理使用La3+对超细聚酰胺PU合成革具有增深、增艳、促染等染色效果,提高染料利用率和色牢度,同时可降低染色温度。
Auxiliary dyeing effects of La^3＋ in superfine fiber PU synthetic leather with neutral dye LANASET PA were studied and the dyeing process were optimized. With good application of La^3＋ , superfine fiber PU synthetic leather could obtain obvious effects of deepening dyeing, brightening dyeing and promoting dyeing. The dyes utilization rate and color fastness are improved and the dyeing temperature is decreased.
