摘要 提出了小排量皮革涂饰废水之“两级混凝+过滤”处理工艺,并对处理系统进行了初步设计。当进水CODcr4000~5000m∥L,色度1200~1500,pH=10~12时,处理后出水CODcr为400~600mg/L,色度70以下,pH=8~9,接近《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的二级标准,可进入城市污水处理系统作进一步处理。 The treatment process of "two stage coagulation + filter" to treat small drainage leather finishing wastewater was proposed and a preliminary design for the treatment system was introduced. It shows that the wastewater with CODcr 4 000 - 5 000mg/L, color 1 200 - 1 500 and pH 10 - 12 initially after treatment could be purified to near stage I1 standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard ( GB8978 - 1996) and could come to the urban wastewater treatment system for further treatment , in which CODcr is 400 -600mg/L, the color is below 70, pH is 8 -9.
