摘要
对开发研制的柴油机排气微粒后处理系统的微波再生特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,系统中采用的微波再生技术可靠有效,过滤体的再生效率在80%左右;积碳量的多少对过滤体的再生效果没有显著的影响,有效再生范围宽;再生时间为10min~15min左右,再生持续时间适当;再生空气的供给对再生结果有一定的影响,合适的再生空气供给可以加速再生和提高再生效率。由此可以得出结论:微波再生技术是成功的,它简单可靠,具有重要的应用和研究价值。
The microwave regeneration characteristics of the diesel exhaust particulate after treatment system are studied in this paper.The experimental results show that the regeneration efficiency of filter can reach 80% or so,the mass of accumulated particulate does not have great effect on the regeneration results,the regeneration window is wide,the duration of regeneration is (10~15) minutes and it is suitable,the supply of air has certain effect on the results of regeneration.It may be concluded that the mirowave regeneration technique is successful,it is simple and reliable and has great value.
