摘要
本文研究了乳化燃料滴的着火现象,探讨了液相输运过程处于两种极限情况下(快速混合、凝固蒸发)着火延迟的变化规律。结果表明液相输运过程对乳化油的着火有决定作用。挂滴法的实验结果与凝固模型较接近,水分的加入使液滴表面温度、燃料浓度明显下降,从而使着火延迟时间变长。水分的加入对高沸点燃料着火的影响更为显著。
The ignition phenomena of oil water emulsified fuel droplets are researched and the variety rule of ignition delay time is discussed with two liquid phase transport limits(well mixing limit and frozen limit).The results show that the ignition of emulsified fuel droplets is controlled by the liquid phase transport and the experimental data are agree well with the result of frozen model.The temperature and fuel concentration on the surface decline by adding water in fuel and consequently prolong the ignition delay.This influence is even more notable for fuels with higher boiling point.
