摘要
文章通过对企业社会责任和劳动者权益含义的理解,从经济、法治、社会三位一体角度提出劳资和谐的重要意义.通过对几家单位的调研,了解引发劳动争议的现实原因和纠纷解决方式,从而探索劳资和谐的有效途径.
By interpreting the essence of corporate social responsibilities and definitions of workers' rights and interests, the paper carries the important message of harmonious labor relations from the perspectives of economy, the rule by law and society. An investigation conducted in a couple of work units leads to the discovery of the causes for the labour - management disputes. The paper then puts forward the effective ways to establish the industrial harmony by solving the related issue.
