单纯强迫症与伴双相障碍共病的强迫症患者认知功能比较

摘要
目的比较单纯强迫症与伴双相障碍共病的强迫症患者认知功能的差异。方法采用威斯康星卡片分类测试(WCST)、连线试验A和B、韦氏积木拼图子测试评估81例单纯强迫症和74例伴双相障碍共病的强迫症患者执行功能、注意和操作智商。结果伴双相障碍共病的强迫症患者注意、执行功能以及操作智商较单纯强迫症患者差。结论共病双相障碍会加重强迫症患者的认知功能损害。
