摘要
目的探讨纳米珍珠层人工骨(NNAB)在动物体内的生物相容性、成骨作用及降解情况。方法将NNAB植入新西兰白兔1.5 cm的桡骨缺损内,同时与微米珍珠层人工骨(MNAB)作对照,并设立空白对照。分别于术后当天及4,8,16,24周作X线、骨密度测量,动物处死前予四环素注射活体荧光标记,然后动物取材作大体及组织学检查。结果NNAB植入动物体内后显示与组织相容性良好,各项检查结果均显示NNAB的骨化及降解能力均优于MNAB。NNAB植入区愈合较好,MNAB植入区次之,空白对照组骨缺损未愈合。结论NNAB是一种良好的骨替代材料,具备骨诱导和骨传导能力,可在体内生物降解。
Objective To study the biocompatibility, osteogenesis and degradation of the nanonacre artificial bone (NNAB)in vivo. Methods Radial defects 1.5 cm in size were created on both sides of New Zealand white rabbits. NNAB was implanted into the bone defect of left side, and the micronnacre artificial bone(MNAB) was implanted into the other side as control group. Meanwhile, blank group was set up without implantation. X - ray photography and bone mineral density evaluatation were performed immediately and at 4,8,16 and 24 weeks after operation. Animals were injected with tetracycline for fluorescent mark before being killed. The gross appearance and histology were examined. Results NNAB showed good compatibility with surrounding tissue after implantion. Evaluation results indicated that the ossification and degradation abilities of NNAB were better than those of MNAB. Bone defects were repaired well with NNAB implantation and not as good with MNAB, while disunion appeared at the blank group. Conclusion NNAB is a nice bone substitute with the abilities of osteoinduction and osteoconduction and can be biodegraded in the body of recipients.
