摘要
某电站锅炉碳钢过热器集箱超期服役、超温运行后材质退化较严重。传统L-M方法存在缺陷与较大误差。老化因子修正法充分考虑了材料老化导致材料性能劣化因素而引入新概念,使高温部件寿命评估技术由估算发展到精算的新阶段。本文特参照提出本例集箱测试方案,必将使其状态评估、寿命评估结果具有更高的可靠性。
