汽车纵梁数控冲孔线中转矩限制器的设计与应用

Design and Application of Torque Limiter in Automatic Punching Installations for Beam SPT/SPU Series

针对汽车纵梁平板数控冲孔线的对中装置的传动特点,研制了新型转矩限制器。采用新型转矩限制器实现了对中装置的功能,完满解决了加工纵梁的纵向中心定位问题。

Aiming at features of centering device transmission in automatic punching installations for beam SPT/ SPU series,new torque limiter is developed.By adopting New Torque Limiter,Performance characteristics of centering device has been achieved.The question of lengthways center finding has been perfectly solved in the course of beam process.
