摘要
以一典型五轴联动机床作为研究对象,介绍了在UG平台上构建数控仿真系统的一般过程。通过建立虚拟机床、虚拟机床控制器、虚拟毛坯、虚拟刀具、坐标系以及虚拟夹具等,建立了多轴数控程序仿真环境,实现了基于NC代码的多轴联动切削过程的几何仿真,并通过切削对比试验验证了该仿真系统的可行性。
In this paper,taking one typical 5-Axis interpolation machine as example,general process to build NC program simulation system was introduced based on UG.Multi-Axis interpolation NC program simulation system was constructed by compiling virtual machine,virtual machine controller,virtual stock,virtual tool,virtual coordinate and virtual clips.Contrasting experiments between virtual and real cutting process were carried out and Muti-axis interpolation cutting simulation based on NC code was achieved.
