摘要
提出了一种满足大规模定制条件下敏捷生产准备需要的参数化CAPP技术,并认为它是一种有效的工艺设计方法。参数化CAPP的实现包括产品族、组件族和零件族的形成、典型工艺的制定、典型工艺的参数化、工艺参数化驱动规则的确定、参数化工艺库的建立和参数化工艺设计系统的开发等,其中典型工艺的参数化是实现参数化工艺设计的前提和基础。并对典型工艺的参数化、参数化对象模型建立以及基于CAPPFramework的参数化工艺设计进行了重点讨论。
Mass customization(MC)can provide customized products with enough variety that meets individual needs at prices and speed of mass production.Heretofore scholars have researched the product development /design,enterprise resource planning(ERP),supply chain management(SCM),client relation management(CRM)etc.for mass customization.But computer aided process planning(CAPP), which is acknowledged as a bridge linking product design and production,is hardly studied.In this paper, the necessary developing CAPP system for mass customization is presented, and its characteristics are supposed, and parametric process planning is discussed in detail.
