摘要
为解决光学玻璃加工中如钻孔、切细槽、精细加工等问题,在分析光学玻璃物理特性和超声波加工原理的基础上,用加工试验验证了超声波加工的适应性。试验结果表明,采用超声波加工,可以解决传统加工工艺无法解决的难题。
For solving some difficult problems in optical glass processing, such as hole drill, narrow grooving and fine processing, taking the processing of the glass substrate of a certain sensor as an example, on the basis of analyzing the physical property of optical glass and the principle of ultrasonic mechining the applicability of ultrasonic machining on optical glass is verifield, as the result shows this kind of processing goose well.
