摘要
通过运用生物力学原理与方法,对太极拳竞赛套路高难度B级跳跃动作旋风脚转体360°接提膝独立起跳技术进行运动学特征的研究,揭示了起跳技术特点及运动学规律,为丰富和完善太极拳难度动作技术理论,科学指导运动训练提供理论依据。
Biomechanical principle and methodology are employed in this article to research the kinesiological characteristics of the whirlwind - kick - two - turns - connecting - ankle - raising - hop Technique and reveal the kinesiological character and law of the jump - starting technique to provide reference for perfecting the theory of Taiqi level of difficulty and making scientific sports training.
