摘要
研究了洛伐他汀母液回收的工艺条件,对结晶母液进行开环处理,将其转化为溶于水的盐,然后采用大孔树脂吸附的方法除去大部分杂质,再进行溶媒结晶。结果表明,洛伐他汀母液平均回收率为65%,母液粉平均含量(质量分数)为72%。工艺过程简单,收率高,适用于工业化生产。
The conditions of recovery process of lovastatin mother liquid were studied. The mother liquor of lovastatin was treated with sodium hydroxide to open the lactone ring. Thus,soluble (in water) lovastatin salt was formed. Then macroreticu- lar adsorbent resin was introduced to wipe off most impurities, followed by crystallization in solvent. Average recovery rate of the lovastatin mother liquor is 65%, and average content of lovastatin is 72 %. This process has the advantages of simple and high yield, so it is suitable for industrial manufacture.
