海藻生物肥的研制

Preparation of seaweed bio-fertilizer

以天然海藻为主要原料,配以少量的氢氧化钾,在高压下进行水解,经固液分离等步骤制得天然、有机、高效、多功能海藻生物肥产品。通过正交试验确定的最佳水解条件如下:水解温度为120℃,水解时间为6 h,50 g洗净的干海藻加KOH 5 g,水180 mL。经检测分析,实验样品的质量指标达到了有关企业标准的要求,其植物生长素等活性物质的质量分数达到了195×10-6。

By using natural seaweed as main raw material supplemented by a little potassium hydroxide,seaweed bio-fertilizer was made through the process of hydrolysis under high pressure and separation of liquid-solid.It is a kind of natural,organic and efficient multi-function seaweed bio-fertilizer.The optimum process conditions for hydrolyzing is determined as follows： hydrolysis temperature 120 ℃,hydrolysis time 6 h,and when seaweed is 50 g,KOH is 5 g and water is 180 mL.The analysis of the samples indicates the product has reached the enterprise＇s standard. It is tested that the content of active substances such as several natural growth promoters in the product has reached 1.95 ×10^-4.
