康颈颗粒对大鼠颈椎间盘细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Kangjing granules on the apoptosis of cells in neck intervertebral disk

目的研究补肾活血舒筋方康颈颗粒对大鼠颈椎间盘细胞凋亡的影响。方法125只SD大鼠随机分成芬必得组(B组)、康颈颗粒组(C组)、颈复康组(D组)、模型组(E组)、正常假手术组(F组),然后进行大鼠颈椎病造模。于术后3个月造模成功后给药,术后6个月分别处死各组大鼠,对颈椎间盘进行细胞凋亡检测。结果B、C、D、E组凋亡率与F组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.01),B组、C组与E组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论康颈颗粒可有效抑制椎间盘细胞凋亡。

Objective It is to explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Shujin decoction called Kangjing granules on the apoptosis of cells in neck intervertebral disk. Methods 125 SD rats were randomly divided into Fenbid group （group B）, Kangjing granules group （group C）, Jingfukang group （group D）, model group （group E） and normal sham operation group （group F）. Then the rats were made into cervical spondylosis models and given respective drugs in 3 months after operation. In 6 moths after operation, all the rats in every group were killed to determine the apoptosis of ceils in neck intervertebral disk. Results Compared with group F, the difference in the apoptosis rates in group B, groupC, group D, group E were significant （P all〈0.01）. Compared with group E, the difference in the rates in group B and group C were also significant （P all〈 0.01）. Conclusion Kangjing granules can effectively inhibit the apoptosis of cells in neck intervertebral disk.
