The Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of K4648 Alloy

摘要 研究了不同热处理工艺参数对K4648合金组织、室温拉伸性能和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度升高,合金中析出的针状α—Cr相数量增多,合金的拉伸强度增高,韧塑性降低。较长的固溶时间有利于提高和改善合金的冲击韧性及综合性能。随时效温度降低,析出的α—Cr相形态由针状变成粒状,粒状的α—Cr相有利于合金的韧化。 The effects of different heat treatments on microstructure, tensile property at room temperature and impact toughness of K4648 alloy are studies in this paper. The test results indicate that with the increase of solidification temperature the amount of α-Cr precipi- tated in K4648 alloy is added,the tensile strength is increased,and the impact toughness is decreased. Longer solid solution time benefits to improve the impact toughness and compre- hensive properties of alloy. With the decrease of aging temperature the morphology of α-Cr precipitated in K4648 alloy changes from needle to granular,while the granular α-Cr is good for the alloy's toughness.
