The electrical control system for converter charging and its process flow are introduced.The composition and network configuration and functions of both the hardware and software of the charging system for bulk material（including alloys） are discussed in detail.The electrical control system for converter charging becomes more reliable,stable,safe and easy to operate with the application of Rockwell SLC500 series PLC.
