摘要
对转炉炉衬损坏的机理和原因进行了分析,通过采取优化转炉冶炼工艺、强化溅渣护炉工艺以及加强日常炉体维护等措施,加强对转炉中后期炉衬的维护,取得了良好的效果,降低了耐材消耗,提高了转炉作业率。
The mechanism and causes of damage in converter lining are analyzed.Maintenance of the lining at its middle and later periods of service life is improved through optimization of smelting process,intensifying slag splashing as well as enhancing routine maintenance.Desirable results are achieved,refractory consumption is reduced and operating rate of converter is improved.
