摘要
本研究采用质性研究和文献研究相结合的方法,通过对云南省高职院校学生自主发展现状进行跟踪观察和深度访谈,从被观察者和受访者具体的实际出发来对大学生自主发展状况进行深入的探究与剖析。研究表明,目前高职学生在自主发展方面呈现依赖与迷惘、自我认知与清醒、自我独立与发展、自我发展与完善的特征,学校应加快培养学生的自主发展意识和提高学生的自主发展能力。
By methods of qualitative research and literature study , through students' self development status tracking and deep interview , from the angle of specific realities of the observed and respondents , the present situation of college students' independent development is further explored and analyzed. The research shows the following characteristics in vocational students' independent development: dependency and confusion, self-cognition and sobriety, self-independence and development, and self-development and improvement . Therefore, laying stress on euhivating and increasing studenets' awareness and self- development capacity in higher vocational colleges are proposed in the paper.
