面对就业市场中的高失业率和高换岗率,根据高职教育特点和规律,高职教育不但应使学生在职业生涯阶梯上稳定地迈出第一步,而且应使其继续发展以获得更大成功。作为人才培养核心环节的课程体系要"立足就业,着眼发展",搭建"四平台八模块"课程体系框架,既要把学生培养成能胜任某种职业的人,又要为其长远持续发展奠定基础。

There is high unemployment and high rate of job changing in the job market. According to the characteristics and patterns of higher vocational education, the thesis insists that higher vocational education should not only help students to take the first stable step in the career ladder, but also continue to develop them for greater success. Curriculum system as a core part of the personnel training should be employment-based, focus on the development and establish 4FSM curriculum system framework for the purpose that students should be trained not only to be a competent individual in an occupation, but also to form a base for the long-term sustainable development.
